A Yoga 7 Class

Yoga for me is a spiritual practise that uses the physical to go beyond the physical. Since receiving my certification from the International Yoga Alliance for the 200 hours standard for Registered Yoga Schools (RYS) I now can honestly say I love going to work everyday and being an experienced yoga teacher.
