Morning and Evening Practice
Sun Salutations use the whole of the body and are a great warm up. Usually practised in each class either fast to help with cardio or slowly to build strength. There are many adaptations if you struggle with the flow sequence of this Vinyasa collection of postures, for example you can do seated sun salutations or use a wall to assist you.
